Music Stephanie has been musical from an early age, starting with piano lessons, then playing the clarinet and alto saxophone for many years. She sang in choirs and musicals and began formal vocal training in her late teens. After moving to New York in 1998, Stephanie started exploring the jazz and cabaret scene. She produced and performed her own show titled "Naughty Baby" and studied with jazz vocalist Mark Murphy. In recent years she has been working with Jonathan Hart Makwaia of the renowned Roy Hart Theatre in France. Her voice ranges from smoky jazz lows to operatic highs, with a style reminiscent of a 1930s torch singer.     Stephanie recently released her debut jazz vocal album Girl Who Loves with pianist Tadataka Unno, bassist James Cammack, and drummer Brian Fishler.
